Appetizer Salad: Smoked Salmon on a bed of Lambs Lettuce with Parmesan Crisp.

Pallet Cleanser: Lemon Gelato.


Filet Mignon wrapped in pastry with Mushroom Red Wine Reduction Sauce. Served with Roasted Root Vegetables.

Dessert: Raspberry La Creme
